Rainflower is: tired beyond belief!!! AP US History projects=death. I stayed up really late last night doing it...not that it took that long but because I got home super late and I had a bunch of other homework/obligations. So that's why there wasn't an update yesterday.
I changed my mind about Driver's Ed. No matter how great it is during break time, class is so BORING. And I fell asleep today when he was talking=D My teacher did mention a girlfriend today so the gay hypothesis just...died.

***Strawberry decided to leave Ninja alone, which I think is better for her, because nothing would've happened except for maybe making their friendship a little awkward

Rainflower is: just back from Driver's Eddd=] Mmhmm. I think I'll actually enjoy it from now on instead of being BORED OUT OF MY MIND. I was passing notes today, and I wrote really big on my paper "Why is this so boring? Because he's so GAY!" and then after that I wrote "I really hope he doesn't collect this sheet" (because we were writing all our notes on the back of this weird crossword puzzle) and then right when I finished writing it, the teacher walked by to check all our papers. It was soooo great =]
Rainflower is also: such a trend setter! I think I started a blogging revolution! So many of my friends from school and work and stuff all got blogs! I'm cool like that :) Right before this I was looking at a friend's blog and I was reading it and it was so weird because I thought it was someone else's blog because she changed her layout to the same one the other person had. But they're still ubercute! =]

i feel like a hero
Rainflower is: eating tiny Mandarin Oranges--they're sooo addicting! :) Seriously. Sometimes I eat them at Driver's Ed just so people can be like "OMG! I smell citrus! OMG!" (Some of the girls are the biggest ditzs ever. And get scared at the sound of a horn honking.)
Since there's nothing to update on today, I guess I'll use Sundays for some deep-introspective life evaluation crap. idk. It depends. It doesn't have anything to do with anyone so if you are in a gossip-hungry mood it really won't help.
Today's topic: Love and Friendship and Blame. Because isn't that what most people love asking others about? I mean, when you go see a counselor for an emotional problem, they always ask: "Do you have any boy problems? Do you have any girl problems? Is there anyone you would like to talk about?" I was in the eighth grade when I got sent down to the office for being apparently suicidal when I wrote "I'm so sick of it all" (I was as pissed as an eighth grader can get) in my school journal. Those were the exact questions that the principal asked me and that the social worker who I was forced to talk with instead of going to my last period computer class and making 3-D donuts in a CAD program asked me. It's so repetitive, but I guess it gets a lot out of people.
But I don't want to talk about them separately. I'm talking about them as a whole.
As girls, we're all waiting for a guy to come around and totally sweep us off our feet (with the exception of Ponytail. Sorry. I had to add that. =P) Some of us are patiently waiting, while some of us are creepily desperate.
You guys have all read about this guy I call Thunder. If he was to say something like "I'll be your boyfriend, but only if you stop being friends with so-and-so and dedicate odd weekday nights to me" I would probably bitch-slap him and be like "WTF? You ass!" and my opinion of him would go wayyyy down because I'm definitely not that desperate. Besides, there's this thing called Chicks before Dicks, Friends before Lovers. I guess that's always been my personal philosophy (Hakuna Matata =P) ever since I needed it.
That's where friends come in. If you had a boyfriend that was that demanding, what would you do about it? Think of it this way: you don't go through high school to meet your future husband. You go through it to meet your future bridesmaids. Your best friends for LIFE. Missing out on one boyfriend opportunity may seem bad, but not maintaining a close bond with your favorite people is worse.
Then we have guy friends. Some girls I know are afraid to have them, because they think that having them will prevent them from having a real boyfriend. I think that they're thinking of it totally wrong. Having guy friends actually prepares you for a real relationship, because you'll know how to talk to them and what NOT to bring up in a conversation. Plus, they can teach you about other girls' mistakes in past relationships. Other girls I know won't make friends with boys unless they see themselves as a couple sometime in the near future. I also think that that's kind of dumb. You shouldn't see guys as potential boyfriend material but rather just as...people.
Then comes blame. As human beings, it's only natural for us to put the blame on other people whenever we can. But one part of a strong friendship is that when there is a problem, understand that it's not all the other person's fault--each person has something they did wrong. Once you understand that, it'll help problems go away faster or not even let situations escalate into problems. But some people are ALWAYS blamed for problems. I know a girl who people get mad at just because the problem had something to do with her--even if she wasn't a part of it, she would still get the blame. And then there are others who aren't even part of a problem and take the blame anyways because they want their friends to stop fighting. It made me think of something my friend was saying in Chemistry: "Maybe I should just join Logue so the News Editors can dump the blame on me instead of each other!" I don't know. To each her own, I guess.
This is really long. My DBQs for APUSH are never this longgg!!

i don't wanna miss a thing
(I'm gonna do this the Facebook way now.)
Rainflower is: going shopping with her little sister soon! This hasn't happened in such a long time that even the weird Canadian people over can't make me angry...
So yesterday after I came home from school (sadly, no strike) I was tired as heck and so I fell asleep on the couch at like...4 o'clock and when I woke up, it was this morning. There wasn't much to update yesterday though so today's post is extra short...I think.
Have you ever gotten the feeling where you just want to get away from it all for a bit? Where you don't even have to do with any of the drama at school, home, or just between your friends? I honestly hope that I'm not the only one. But things are looking better already and hopefully by the next week it'll be all cleared out.
To all of my friends: I know that this past week hasn't been the greatest. We're all going through something different, but if you ever need anyone to talk to, know that I'm always here and anything we talk about will NOT be posted on here or shared with other friends.

***If someone didn't ask you to help solve their problems, don't go ahead and do it for them. Because chances are they would rather do it themselves, and you might say something wrong.
***Apparently the couple brought up that day was Apple&Sand...? Bubbles&Sand are still cuter. And more likely to happen ;)
***Tacky joined the group "Cuddlers Anonymous" on Facebook. I'm scarred for life. I think of him cuddling and I taste puke. But Seeds is also in that group, so maybe...yaknow??
***Talked to Pumps and Sharpie during class. Pumps can't decide between Glasses and Monster because they're both so cute. This reminds me of that song "4 Mots Sur un Piano." Except it's in French. And in the song both guys are in love with the girl. Just kidding.
***Ponytail has reverted back to her OLD SELF?? NO MORE BRAS?
***Cookies is such a nice person at heart. Why is it that she always has to deal with so much crap?
***After math class, Ninja was seen laughing with Umbrella. Wow, he's popular with girls.
***Number of days until Rainflower gets to talk to Thunder again: 2!

this time i'm not blind
-Current Mood: Pondering. Thinking. Running over some thoughts and some suspicions.
-Current Location: A few feet away from a treadmill. I like exercising :)
Today in itself was really stressful. From having school instead of striking to swim gym to lock downs to blowups to accusations, this was one of the worst Thursdays. Ever. But there were surprises along the way that were either sweet or just uplifting :)
I was thinking, and people have told me to be brutally honest on here, which I planned to be all along. But sooo many people (last night there were six) have contacted me about identities and code names but news spreads and warps way too fast, so I really don't think I can be as honest as I should be with all these people and their friends knowing who I'm talking about.
I'm not accusing anyone but like someone just said to me on IM a few seconds ago, last year I got in trouble for a secret that I know I had specifically told one person, but by the end of the day everyone was asking me about. And today one of the people I wrote about that I know I didn't tell her her code name asked me if I really thought she was like that. So I'm just going to change some of the names if/when I need to. That's it. I don't think it's necessary for anyone to know every person I talk about all the time, but sometimes, I'll need a friend to talk to about it so that's fine. Yeah.
-Stuff from today! Lots of new people with new news!-
***Got tipped off that Knees had many random PMS emotional swings during the day. Yogurt was keeping her cool during these and did not say anything back to her that might risk a friendship.
***Rainflower talked to Seagull at school today and it turns out that they're friends again and the problem they were having is over!
***Bubbles&Sand were both blushing when Apple brought up them as a potential couple. Props to Apple for the push :)
***Lotion is knowingly getting in the way of a few friendships...what are her real intentions? What side is she really on?
***Pumps was definitely talking to Monster today in a more-than-friendly way. I guess if last year's TurnAbout dance asking failure won't stop her, nothing will! Glasses was not seen at school. Bread was having an off-day and not talking to anyone.
***Tramp was nice today for the first time! I hope this lasts...if it's not broken, don't fix it.
***Number of days until Rainflower gets to talk to Thunder again: 4 (such a long time!!!)

Agh. I'm a little ticked because today someone said that the format I had for my blog was like something in Gossip Girls...? I wouldn't really know if it was similar or not because I have never read that book/series/magazine [w/e idk] before, but the thing is, this is the easiest way to sort all the things I have to say, so if you don't like it, don't read it. Haha :) Today during school I guess I got kind of angry because of a new problem involving...notebooks...but I've talked with some people and that's all figured out now. I hope :)
I sent the link for this page to a few of my friends today so here's a note to them: This is probably something I'll be keeping updated for fun. If you have problems with anything I write or want to know who some of these people are, find me on AIM (txting is fine too) My sn's on my Facebook profile and I'm usually online a lot. And there's nothing negative about you guys on here...why would I write crap about people who treat me nicely? This is what I'll do in the future instead of venting on people in public and landing in sticky situations.

***Rainflower is HAPPY with her life! Here's the story. You know how me and Altoids had a falling out a while ago because of some girlfriend madness? I guess I moved on today because someone new- let's call him Thunder- decided that I was worth his time and walked to a convenience store with me so I could buy gummi worms! I know this might seem kind of dumb, but trust me, this is something new for during the school year. Summer? Not so much. I guess I bounce back from problems quickly...?
***Shark and Locks might have someone interfering with their daily talks during seventh period, but they still like to talk with each other!
***I think though Ninja has chosen, he isn't exactly letting the others down easy. My heart goes out to those two. Because I know it's even worse when it's someone you like that lets you down. Trust me.
***Uh oh for Bubbles&Sand. Sand was definitely chatting up to Grouch today in his few minutes of free time. We'll need to do something about this!
***People need to understand and be more considerate of people when they're down or angry, and not just call them bitchy right away. I mean, who likes it when people don't pay attention to them? Who likes being forgotten? This applies to too many people including me so I didn't really use names.
***New couple? Bread eyeing Monster during third period. And today when they were stuck in a small room together for sectionals, Bread got the opportunity to talk with Monster for 40 minutes! (since the teacher was preoccupied with listening in on another sectional)

I know this might seem kind of dumb, but trust me, this is something new for during the school year. Summer? Not so much. I guess I bounce back from problems quickly...?
***Shark and Locks might have someone interfering with their daily talks during seventh period, but they still like to talk with each other!
***I think though Ninja has chosen, he isn't exactly letting the others down easy. My heart goes out to those two. Because I know it's even worse when it's someone you like that lets you down. Trust me.
***Uh oh for Bubbles&Sand. Sand was definitely chatting up to Grouch today in his few minutes of free time. We'll need to do something about this!
***People need to understand and be more considerate of people when they're down or angry, and not just call them bitchy right away. I mean, who likes it when people don't pay attention to them? Who likes being forgotten? This applies to too many people including me so I didn't really use names.
***New couple? Bread eyeing Monster during third period. And today when they were stuck in a small room together for sectionals, Bread got the opportunity to talk with Monster for 40 minutes! (since the teacher was preoccupied with listening in on another sectional)
***We've discovered a problem with Fire and the postal service, which has lost a lot of information that needed to be passed on.

free hugs if you're cute
-Current Mood: Mellowed out. There hasn't been much excitement in this life lately. I'll make it up by adding extra news today :)
-Location: On my fat ass. Duh.
This is going to be my first day of actual blogging/gossipfesting in the longest time! Eeek! I'm happy that I found this website. (Even though I knew about it for a few years *headdesk*) I'm ready for this.
-Stuff from the last week I guess-
***Seeds still definitely has a thing for Tacky. I mean, have you seen the way she stalks his Facebook? I heard from Cherub that she talks about him nonstop when he's not there and she's hanging out with her friends. Wow...
***Tacky, however, keeps trying to contact Rainflower which could be a problem, since Rainflower's got her heart set on someone else and is sick of Tacky's txts! Sorry to be a bitch, but she just does NOT want him. Ughhh.
***Ponytail seems to have realized she was a girl. Woah. It's so weird!
***Shark is talking a lot with Locks during her 7th period class. We'll see if this carries on until Turnabout. Not gonna lie, they're cuter together than their previous loves.
***Ninja has yet another admirer. Wow, three girls? I wonder who's gonna end up with him in the end especially since the new girl Strawberry doesn't seem to want to back down until she gets her man.
***Bubbles&Sand! Sooo cute. I hope this turns out for the best because I couldn't think of a cuter couple. They should just get together now because everyone EXCEPT FOR THEM knows that they like each other.
***Pumps still has a thing for Glasses, despite the age difference. Last year she found out they were a mistake, but she's still after his him. I have to admit, he's gorgeous. But I don't like him that way.
***Light and Beans? This has yet to develop but I'm hoping it'll work out positively because it would be so damn cute. Really.
***Teeth and Crimp have been kind of annoying the past few days, but I'm sensing that it'll clear out soon.

***BIG problems at an upcoming event where Rainflower AND Tacky AND Seeds will be there. Better watch out...eek!
***Glasses will reject Pumps. For the second time.
***Cherub will continue to dream of the boy-from-lunch. Without results.

take it back to square one
So I guess after all this time, I still can't stop my need to write about life and all the crap it encompasses online.
But this time, I hope it'll be a little different. For starters, I'm only telling a select few who I am. Because only those people need to know. It's up to them whether they wanna tell other people or not, but I would much rather not have random people knowing who I am. Remember that.
All right.
To all of you guys, I will be rainflower. I know I go by many more different names, but for the sake of privacy, just call me rainflower. Yes, I'll be talking about anything that I think is worth talking about, including people. But instead of using their names, I'll use nicknames that I think suit their personality, their face, or their shoe size. Or something like that.
If you find out what your nickname is, keep it to yourself. I'm trusting you with it. If I trust you enough to tell you what other people's nicknames are, please don't break that trust. If you want to know who you are, I suggest you ask me. Because then we can talk about whether what I hear is true or not and stuff like that.
I know I'm doing this for the sake of blogging, but it would be spec-tac-u-lar if people actually read it =D
